I work on a monthly retainer rather than a per-session fee. This monthly retainer covers our (min of 2) coaching sessions, plus the time I’ll spend on prep, follow-ups, and any between-session support you need.

I charge a monthly retainer rather than a "per session" fee. The average monthly investment is $2,500, but I use a sliding pricing scale that is determined by the client’s ability to pay.

I currently offer three different price points:

REDUCED** A reduced fee for clients for whom the SUGGESTED cost is out of reach. There are a limited number of these slots available.

Generally for those with net worth under $500K, small businesses, and early-stage startups.

<aside> 2️⃣ **$2,500

SUGGESTED** This is the cost of one month of coaching for clients that can afford the the regular price—this is the suggested price.

Generally for those with net worth between $500K and $2.5M or for scaleup companies (Series A-B)

<aside> 3️⃣ **$4,000

SUSTAINER** This is the cost of one month of coaching for clients who can afford to pay above cost; this supports those on the lower end of the scale.

Generally for those with net worth above $2.5M, or more established businesses (Series C+)

This pricing model allows me to serve leaders at different stages of their journey in a way that’s aligned with my values.
