This isn’t therapy, but it’s also not surface-level coaching. We go deep, while staying grounded and focused in the day-to-day realities of business.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years building businesses, leading teams, and organizing communities. I know the emotional terrain of founder and executive life, the pressure to perform, the fear of letting others down, the constant context switching, the loneliness, and the internal tug-of-war between growth and sustainability. I’ve lived it.

I’ve scaled global communities, navigated complex group dynamics, and led teams through high-stakes transitions.
