You book a session with me, and you pay what you want, either before or after the call.
Ultimately, the price is up to you.
I invite you to choose a number that feels like a meaningful investment in yourself, without creating stress or resentment in other areas of your life.
Some people prefer having a more concrete way to think about it.
As a reference point, my standard rate for a one-off coaching call is $1,800.
But truly, any amount is welcome.
Here’s a simple formula you can use as a starting suggestion:
Suggested Session Rate = (Your Day Rate ÷ 2) ((x2 if your company is paying))
Examples:

Of course, formulas only go so far. You might be in between jobs and not have a salary to refer to at the moment. If this doesn’t work for you, please don’t feel compelled to follow it. Choose a number that feels right for you.
